Introduction Course
This course introduces the student to Arnis, the Filipino martial arts. Students are taught a brief a history of Arnis, characteristics of Arnis, unique characteristics of Arnis normally not found in other martial arts. Students learn the 8 Strikes of the system, introductory footwork, introductory concepts, and the 4 most fundamental blocks, and how to apply them in basic self defense using 1 counter strike. Students are taught how to use Single Stick and Empty Hands (single aspect) in applying what had been learnt.

Beginner I Course
A quick revision is done of the Introduction Course. Students learn more basic single counter strikes and how to apply them in the context of the 4 major blocks. They will be taught an important evasive footwork. They are also taught how to perform continuous practice of these 4 parries in an 8 movement sequence. This knowledge is applied to Single Stick and Empty Hands (single aspect).

Beginner II Course
Students learn different types of simple counters of double strikes and how to apply them in using the 4 major parries. This knowledge is applied to Single Stick and Empty Hands (single (aspect).

Beginner III Course
Students learn simple counters comprising triple strikes and how to apply them in using the 4 major parries. This knowledge is applied to Single Stick and Empty Hands (single aspect). Students are introduced to short range and long range fighting.

Intermediate I Course
Students will be taught Basic Knife Fighting as based on Single Stick Fighting.

Intermediate II Course
Students will be taught Basic Double Stick Fighting

Intermediate III Course
Students will be taught Basic Disarms using the Single Stick as applied to Single Stick and Knife.

 Intermediate IV Course

Students learn the different types of compound strikes and how to apply them with the 4 major parries.

Intermediate V Course

More compound/combination counters are taught. 

Advanced I Course
Thrusts, Abanicos and Kurbadas.

Advanced Parries of the Kali Illustrisimo style.

Advanced II Course
Advanced Disarms

Numerado Quatro Training (random parries)

Qualified to teach Intermediate Courses.

Instructor - Junior Instructor
Pre-requisite:  Completed the Advanced V Course.
Qualified to teach Advanced I, II Courses.

Instructor -  Instructor
Pre-requisite:  Sufficient teaching experience as Junior instructor.
Qualified to teach all courses.
